Edwina Barton

Edwina Barton

Edwina Barton (Eora, Sydney) is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores grief, memory, and fragmentation through printmaking, photography, animation, and contemporary material processes. Raised outside Wellington, NSW, her rural upbringing and the early loss of her mother continue to shape the emotional and conceptual depth of her work. She is completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the National Art School, where she also works as a printmaking technician. Barton has exhibited across Sydney and received the Bettina McMahon Printmaking Prize and won the LSWG Artist Book Award. Her work is held in private and institutional collections nationwide.
