Carrisse Irving

Carrisse Irving is an emerging multidisciplinary artist, born in Mulgoa, practicing on Gadigal Land in the Eora Nation, currently completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the National Art School. She employs video as a medium to explore themes of loss, grief and nostalgia. Carrisse has co-curated ‘In the Wind’ at Goodspace, Chippendale and ‘Kaleidoscope’ May, 2025. Also exhibiting in the HSC Intensive Exhibition, Hoff Space NAS, 2022 Carrisse was acknowledged in a Community Recognition Statement issued by MP Tanya Davies and the Glenmore-Gazette Newspaper. She achieved 1st place in the Western Sydney Environment Calendar Art Competition 2011 as well as receiving a highly commended ribbon in Penrith Dist. A. H. & I. SOC. LTD. Penrith Show 2013.
