Anja Purcell

Anja Oberlander Purcell (b. 2004) is an emerging Australian contemporary artist residing and working in Eora/Sydney. She works primarily in oil painting and completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts with National Art School in 2025 (majoring in painting) – where she developed her practice as it stands today. To date, Anja has exhibited at two group shows, most recently landing a work in the Glebe Art Show – held annually since 1997. Her work is held in various private collections across Australia.
