Sally Browne
Sally Browne (Australian, born Portsmouth, UK) is a Sydney-based artist whose practice centres on abstraction shaped by memory, gesture, and the unruly logic of improvisation. Trained in textile design in the UK, she spent over a decade in branding before leaving the industry in 2015 to pursue painting. Following commercial success as a watercolour artist, Browne began a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting) at the National Art School, where her work has evolved into a more experimental, process-led inquiry. She has exhibited in curated shows, with works held in private collections internationally.
