Charlotte Vanderstappen
Charlotte Vanderstappen (b.2003) is a Sydney-born artist working and living on Gadigal and Dharawal land. Vanderstappen explores the threshold between tension and discomfort, a space that is felt loudly rather than seen directly. Her pieces create a sense of quiet intrusion, as if something has slipped into the room with you. Through this, she attempts to bring to light the presence that lies beneath all of us, something familiar yet rarely acknowledged.
